• Products will be shipped within 4-5 working days.
• COD Available.

Exchange/ Return Policy

We offer an easy exchange and return for product that is unused/ unwashed/ unaltered/not on sale and with original tags and invoice, within 48 hours from the date of delivery. You may exchange with another size or style. 

Orders once exchanged are not eligible for returns.

Orders on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.

For any return requests please mail customercare@kahva.in 

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Please do check the product description on the website before placing your order. The actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. 

Timeline for processing Exchange/ Returns

Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

Conditions to kept in mind:

• Exchange request to be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product can only be exchanged once.
• Products on sale are not returnable and exchangeable 
• No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
